Extreme Gym

Ninja Classes are fast paced. Classes combine a combination of obstacle course training, free form movement, gymnastics and martial arts. Perfect for active kiddoes with lots of energy ages 5 & up.


Ninja learn to tumble, kick and flip off walls. The coaches will run them until they are tired and then teach them new skills. The sport of Ninja is to move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity.

Incredigym

Boys ages 5-7


Our GTG Boys Incredigym is a high-energy class, focused on non-traditional "ninja style" training, obstacle training, and traditional gymnastics. They utilize our tumble tracks, ninja/gym equipment, and mats as a way to promote body awareness, coordination, and muscle memory. "Incredigym Boys" continue to develop physical agility while enhancing social, listening skills and following directions while interacting with other classmates.

Ninja/Gym Extreme

Co-ed 6 - 10 years old


Ninjas (6-10) is where we start incorporating more Parkour-like skills and progressions. We utilize a number of our vast ninja and gym equipment. Students learn body awareness and coordination as they work their way through obstacle courses and are inspired to promote strength and gravity-defying skills. Ninjas continue to develop their listening and social skills as they follow directions and interact with other classmates.

Advanced Ninjas

Co-ed ages 11 & up


Ninja's (11+) is where we start incorporating more advanced Parkour-like skills and progressions. We utilize a number of our vast ninja and gym equipment. Ninjas continue to develop their listening and social skills as they follow directions and interact with other classmates.
