We are open Monday through Friday from 9am-7pm, and Saturday from 9am-12pm.

Most of our classes run year-round! There are a select few that are only offered during the summer or fall seasons, but the majority of our classes can be joined at any time!

Our competitive teams are invite-only! They are usually evaluated for before the summer, but you are welcome to contact us at any time and we'll get you connected with a coach to schedule an evaluation! Once your student's skills are evaluated, we will contact you about next steps! 

Yes! We encourage families to support their athletes during class. We have a designated parent viewing area in our gym, where you can sit and watch your child shine! 

Most of our classes only require comfortable, movable clothing. Many of our students opt for a t-shirt and shorts. Shoes and socks will be off for class, jewelry must be taken out, and hair must be tied up. If there are any specific attire requirements for your child's class, we will notify you before their first day.
