Level 3: Pre-Team

Our Level 3 Pre-Team gymnasts begin their competitive career with 2-4 “in-house or local” meets. This gives young gymnasts a chance to experience the competitive world of gymnastics without having to incur the expenses that go along with a traveling team. Each level gymnast in the Development Program will learn and perform the same routines.

Levels 6-10

Once gymnasts have achieved the necessary skill base and rise to the "Optional" gymnastics levels, athletes have individual choreographed routines. These routines include special requirements and are constructed to personify the attributes of the individual.

USAG Xcel Program

This program is an opportunity to continue learning gymnastics and be part of a traveling team. Xcel is a flexible program that requires less of a time commitment. Gymnasts progress from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, through Diamond or have the ability to cross into the Development Program.
