PROGRESSIVE GYMNASTICS

Progressive Gymnastics

Developmental & Non Competitive Gymnastics

Progressive classes build on the basic skills of each level. Students are developing strength, flexibility, balance, spatial awareness, coordination and agility. Our students learn in a fun filled, safe environment where they achieve success in key developmental areas such as concentration, confidence, creativity and self-discipline.

Starting Young Gymnastics
We help your child get a great start to fitness being a way of life. Throughout their class, children learn important life skills such as confidence, perseverance and discipline. Along with developing strength, flexibility, and learning body awareness, they learn social skills such as listening, taking turns following directions, sharing and being part of a small group. Our numerous teaching aids and colorful equipment stimulate your child's imagination. Class lesson plans change weekly so kids stay challenged and interested.

Children are introduced to beginning skills in tumbling and gymnastics basics on beam, bars, vault, floor exercise, our 40' tumble track and large foam pit. We explore a variety of other loco-motor skills, gymnastics shapes and concepts. They will continue to develop spatial awareness and enhanced gross motor function and coordination. At this level our emphasis is on exposure to skills, not mastery of skills.
